As Senior Global Medical Manager, you will be part of an enthusiastic and diverse international group of motivated professionals with extensive clinical, research, and pharmaceutical expertise, who are passionate about clinical drug development, scientific dialogue, and medical education.
In your role as Global Medical Manager, you will be providing timely, accurate, and credible medical/scientific input to commercialized and/or pipeline projects.
Your main tasks involve: Effective collaboration and communication with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within their field of expertise, as well as internal stakeholders from Marketing, Patient Access, Clinical Drug Development, Regulatory Affairs, and other functional areas in the company Providing medical input to clinical trial designs and eventually being responsible for driving the scientific dialogue and communication based on results from these trials. The job will give you the responsibility to connect with KOLs to gather medical and scientific information to help optimize product development and treatment of people with obesity Playing a key role in the development of scientific publications based on our clinical trial results which requires your ability to interact with internal and external authors Support the development of internal training and guidance materials, as well as driving external educational activities towards healthcare professionals Additionally, you will guide other teams that are actively involved in the development and execution of 's commercial strategy including market development activities and development/review of promotional materials. This position is based in Denmark and requires international travel in accordance with our internal Circular for Zero policies.

With strong communication and presentation skills, you excel at leading and driving cross-functional collaboration, effectively engaging both internal and external stakeholders to achieve impactful results. In addition, we are looking for a candidate who has A Medical Doctor (MD) with clinical, research, or pharmaceutical industry experience; a Ph.D., Master of Public Health, or a similar degree is an advantage. Professional focus on obesity and/or cardiometabolic diseases is considered beneficial. Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects within Clinical, Medical, and Regulatory (CMR) or RWE/HEOR functions; experience in Medical Affairs is a plus. Strong experience in product commercialization and life-cycle management. Strong understanding of the R&D, RWE, and HEOR value chain.

The Global Medical Affairs Obesity VP area at HQ in Denmark encompasses teams responsible for building and delivering consistent scientific communication across all phases of clinical drug development. This includes Semaglutide, CagriSema, Amycretin, and the early-phase development of Cannabinoid receptor 1 (CB1) and peripheral-focused ultrasound stimulation (PFUS) projects in Obesity through strategic partnerships.
