Person
We are looking for an experienced person that can build a high quality engineering department.
You are an optimistic person that delivers projects on time. Quality is important to you and when necessary you can dig into details.
You are able to structure a project and execute it and handle several projects at the same time.
You are flexible and able to work in a start-up company. You passionate about your work and want to play a role in the green energy transition .
Tasks
With reference to the CEO you will be responsible for building an Engineering department. You will be responsible for project execution, the commercial project portfolio, and employee management in your department.
The department will handle execution of all engineering projects. Especially you will be direct responsible for executing commercial customer projects and have the direct customer contact after sales has handed over the contract. There is already a process department in place that is responsible for R&D and process calculations that will support your department.
You can expect some travel activities in relation to customer meetings during the sales phase and execution phase. Also, you will have the contact and inspection of sub suppliers.
You will be responsible for subcontracting and procurement of key component for the process plant.
As part of the management team you will also influence the strategic business development.
Qualifications
You have a background as mechanical, electrical or mechatronic engineer. You have experience with 3D CAD modelling like Autodesk Inventor or Solidworks or similar.

- Commissioning
- Procurement
- Making P & I Diagrams
- Documentation and operating instructions
- Building skids or container solution for process plants
You may have experience from building reverse osmosis plant or from oil, power, wind power or chemical industry.
