Management Consultant (Executive Support and PMO Function)


Do you thrive in an international and high paced environment with a broad portfolio of tasks? Can you support an executive team and ensure cross-functional coordination in complex projects? Can you deliver in a key function with many stakeholders? And do you master communication both internally and externally? Then you might be our new management consultant.

We are looking for a management consultant with a proactive nature and strong business acumen to hold a versatile position. The role will partly support executive management with decision material and presentations, communication activities and ad hoc support within fields of HR, administration etc. partly support the head project manager of a large implementation project by driving and coordinating classic PMO activities inclusive of project reporting, process design and meeting preparation and facilitation.

Communication and project coordination and management

In a classic PMO-function and in close collaboration with the head project manager you will be responsible for preparing decision material and project- and KPI-reporting both requiring a broad organizational interface. Further, you will handle administrative tasks such as risk management, resource management, document controlling and the design and maintenance of tools and processes as well as you will drive and manage subprojects.

Along this, you ensure swift and high-quality support to the executive management team by heading the design and execution of communication activities internally to boards and externally to key stakeholders. Additionally, you will prepare and support Supervisory Board meetings and drive board processes from convocation to execution and be a qualitative sparring partner in fields of articles of association, compliance, and corporate governance.

Proactive and independent candidate

You hold a relevant master’s degree i.e. within communication, business administration, organization, or management, and preferably you have some years of experience from a similar role in an international environment. As a person you are driven, thrive with many parallel tasks and enjoy enabling stakeholders and colleagues. You are not hesitant to take the lead on new assignments and solve problems both independently and in close collaboration with other contributors. You are responsible, flexible, and cooperative with a structured and holistic approach to your work to ensure you maintain overview. The right candidate will take on a generalist role with high impact and the opportunity to shape and develop own responsibilities.

Nordic RSC

The energy sector in Europe is undergoing a dramatic transition towards the fully carbon neutral, sustainable energy system. The Nordic countries have set particularly stretching targets for this transition during this decade. Nordic RSC is a key player in this transition as the provider of regional power system information and analysis to support the national transmission system operators to ensure the efficient operation and high security of power supply at any time. Nordic RSC was established in 2017 and is still in a fast development phase. We are an entrepreneurial team of mainly young international professionals; we work closely together with our Nordic colleagues and external partners and strive to deliver results in time to support the Energy transition. As a part of our further development Nordic RSC will be incorporated as an independent company. A major implementation project for this change is just initiated. Our office is in Copenhagen Towers, Ørestad.
