Specialist and implementation lead
The overall focus of the job is to help us analyze and understand the customers’ needs and implement GRC solutions with our expanding customer base in the Nordics.
You will be our leading specialist within governance, risk and compliance, and you will be working with a highly innovative and truly data driven software platform and one of the world’s leading GRC solutions. You will play a key role in the team and have a high impact on the way our customers work with GRC.

Your professional experience is important to understand and advise our customers in all phases of the projects and help them succeed. You must be able to shape, tailor and present our leading solutions to clients and team members at all levels in the organization.
As a person you have a winning combination of high intellectual capacity and ability to engage with customers. You can translate complex problems and material to business context and present it in a clear and precise manner. The projects of which you are in charge must be executed in a highly efficient and professional manner.
As a colleague you are able to take the lead or let others lead and you will contribute to our ambitious and passionate atmosphere.

Key responsibilities are:
- Presales and sales activities, promoting the Galvanize HighBond GRC solutions to some of the largest companies in the Nordics.
- To act as the Nordic subject matter expert on HighBond solutions and as such guide, demonstrate and explain the solutions to potential and existing customers looking for a GRC solution.
- Leading our implementation projects and ensuring that customers get the full value from the GRC solution.

We expect you to have:
- 3-6 years of experience as a GRC professional in a medium to large organization within the public or private sector.
- 3-6 years of experience as a business consultant in a large consultancy company.
- Experience within governance, risk and compliance software solutions.
- A relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, such as Risk/IT risk, Internal Audit/IT-Audit, Internal Controls or Compliance.
- Experience in data analysis preferred but not mandatory.
