We are looking for a committed, ambitious and independent Analyst / Senior Analyst who has a great sense of responsibility for tasks and deadlines. You have a strong eye for detail and a positive, innovative and opportunistic mindset. You must thrive in an international environment, where it is crucial that you speak and write English at a high level.
You have a relevant educational background such as, Cand.merc.aud., Cand.merc.fir. or similar. Preferably you have some experience in the commercial real estate market or the financial sector. We imagine that you are either a recent graduate or have 1 to 4 years of work experience.

In Valuation & Advisory Services you will be part of a dynamic and committed team that deals with real estate valuations, market research and data analysis.
Your key valuation responsibilities:
- Preparing valuations for a broad range of commercial investment property located in Denmark
- Collaboration with CBRE's international network on cross-border engagements
- Undertaking investment valuations and development appraisals for accounting purposes, loan security, acquisitions / disposals, and strategy
- Analysis, statistics and visualisation of market trends, industries, sectors and geographies in relation to real estate demand drivers
- Preparation of cash flows and valuation reports on real estate assets and portfolios
- Support the automation of manual tasks and reports by making intelligent use of available dashboarding software
- Assist in the development of property-related digital valuation advisory technology products
As a Senior you will additionally have the following responsibilities:
- To support an expanding team in its business development objectives, marketing initiatives and continued growth in revenue
- Peer-group engagement with the wider CBRE network and other business lines such as Capital Markets, Research, A&T Investor Leasing, A&T Occupier, and Property Management
- Close liaison with domestic and international clients to ensure high quality advice is consistently delivered
- Working with autonomy and supporting senior team members on high profile instructions
- Attending and presenting at client meetings

- You are analytical, service-minded and a team player.
- Excellent communication skills enabling the development of good relationships with both clients and colleagues
- Enjoy working under pressure and meeting deadlines
- You have strong numerical skills including the ability to handle and manipulate large amounts of numerical data into clearly defined outputs based on a project driven approach.
- You have solid knowledge and experience in working with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint (programming experience in VBA, R or similar is an advantage).
- You have an interest in reporting tools such as Tableau, Alteryx or Power BI.
- You are fluent in English and Danish, both written and spoken.
