HR Development Lead to Vivino

People & Culture (P&C) at Vivino is a strong partner to the business, with focus on enabling the business to execute an ambitious growth agenda and making HR scalable. Because of a continuous growth through several years, and an increasing number of clever people, P&C continuously needs to outperform themselves. Across the HR disciplines, new tools and learning programs need to be developed or implemented to support the leadership, people attraction, onboarding and retention, and their professional and personal growth are delivered.
HR development is a cornerstone in P&C, where the platform has been established, and where you, in this role as both Lead and Specialist will design and execute various programs, either directly or through partners. You will report directly to the CHRO, and you will be supported by a Student Assistant, who is a Wizard in LMS, and collaborate with your HR-colleagues.
Vivino is open for location, and you can work out of the HQ in Copenhagen or work out of a home office or a Vivino office in France, Netherlands, Spain, Germany, Italy or the United Kingdom.
Take HR Development to next level
People are the most important asset, and several actions have been taken to make Vivino a unique place to work, learn and develop. This mean, you will not start in a green field set-up, but there will be a need for ensuring the link between the various initiatives and to go deep in some areas:
- Optimize and develop Onboarding, physically and virtually, and set the right pace for implementation and execution.
- Develop and run Cultural Amplifier initiatives, with an eye for Values and Principles
- Align Learning approaches and LMS systems globally through developing a strategy for how Vivino people can best learn and develop.
- Owner of 2 LMS systems (DK and the US) and a Vivino Academy.
- Continuously develop the Engagement Survey platform, Peakon, and ensure that results are analyzed, and that leaders take ownership of the results.
- Collaborate with external partner about the design and execution of leadership development programs.
Passionate about Learning and with a broad HR Development experience
We believe that you, with your versatile HR development experience and specific experience in blended learning, have an ambition to grow further within HR development and take on a lead role. It requires you to be proactive, responsible, and pragmatic, and with an understanding of how to get things done in time with focus, speed, and agility.
In your work, you like to oversee the full value chain from conceptual design, hands-on development, and execution. Thinking analytically, providing solutions as well as navigating in a global setting with many stakeholders motivates and comes natural to you. Furthermore, we hope that you have all or some of the following experiences:
- Strong experience in working with blended learning and how to design the best mix of on-the-job and class-room training.
- Experience in developing content to LMS system, e-learning, and executing various training and workshops.
- Experience from working internationally or with a selected number of markets.
- Excellence in combining different didactical methods when designing development programs.
- Academic credentials to support your abstraction level and experience.
- Business acumen gained from your various work experience
- English fluently, verbally and in writing.
