Chief of Staff | Right Hand to MD Denmark

Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, passionate Chief of Staff to report into the Managing Director Denmark. The Chief- of-Staff will provide day-to-day support to the Managing Director in Denmark by giving him additional leverage and amplifying his impact. This role provides an outstanding platform for a highly talented individual to work under the immediate supervision of the MD and generally help to implement its visions. The role is based in Glostrup, Denmark.

The role will be varied and is positioned to interact closely and with autonomy with the MD in Denmark the local management team and other Leaders across the Group. Critical and strategic, the role will be expected to impact quickly and develop as the business grows. We are looking for someone who can make a tangible positive impact to transform and add value.

Verisure Denmark
Our successful organization in Denmark has grown to the largest player in our business area in the market. Over the past period, we have more than tripled our customer portfolio, consistently grown revenue and acquired the Falck brand, while building a team of more than 500 talented and capable colleagues. It is an operation primed for continued growth, expecting to double our portfolio in the next 5 years.

Since 2022, the Danish organization has a new Managing Director as well as many new Management Team members creating a high performance and high caliber team. Under new leadership the company has engaged on an ambitious and growth-oriented value creation plan.
The Danish Management Team consists of a mix of talented and ambitious people, who either developed quickly and successfully within Verisure or came from various growing industries.

Responsibilities
The Chief-of-Staff will be a strategic partner and an executor to the Managing Director and the Management Team. This role provides an outstanding platform to for a highly talented individual to work under the immediate supervision of the Managing Director and generally help to implement its visions. The role will be transversal and have exposure to all the initiatives at Verisure Denmark, while also have the end-to-end ownership of a number of critical and transformational projects.

Priorities will include:
• Amplify impact and reach of Managing Director, supporting him on the definition and implementation of the Strategy for Denmark and key value creation initiatives
• Work closely with the Management Team on strategic projects impacting across each area of the business: Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR.
• Potential projects include:
o Support in the preparation of the company’s long-range and operational plan
o Support in further development of the go-to-market model across channels, including marketing, field sales, telesales and alliances
o Importing Verisure Group best practices and help applying them in Denmark
o End-2-end leadership of designing and implementing strengthened customer and internal processes
• Closely work with MD on ad hoc interventions which require high attention and deep dive analysis
• Participate with strategic planning in projects for our company, both at country and global level

• High Potential / Top Performer from a top tier strategic consulting firm. We will also consider in-house high potential strategic project/program managers from complex BtoC environments and subscription based business (e.g. telco, utilities, …) with strong consulting mindset and business partnering approach.
• Strong track record on project management and presentation skills
• Significant experience in multi-national and multi-cultural environment
• Fluency in English – fluency in Danish is an advantage
