As the Nordic Channel Lead, you will have a pivotal role in facilitating and streamlining wholesaler and marketing process management within the Nordic Commercial Operations team. Based in Copenhagen and reporting to the Nordic Commercial Operations Manager, you will support the Nordic set up within all of their business areas. You will therefore have a range of responsibility and impact on their business.
Your main responsibilities includes:
- Third-Party Agreement Management: Support Key Account Managers and Commercial Managers, in performing tasks designed to develop and grow business relationships with the goal of expanding markets and increasing sales. Maintain and manage third-party agreements, acting as the point of contact for their development, maintenance, and renewal. This requires close collaboration with Legal & Compliance Teams, the commercial team, and customers.
- Nordic Marketing Strategy: Serve as the marketing liaison for the Nordic region, anchoring collaboration on Nordic communication through social media (SoMe) and local websites.
- Asset Approval Process: Nordic Lead on Asset Approval process through Orbis (QA Approval tool) Drive Translation process flow for the Nordics, prepare proof-reader and ensure sustainable workload.
- Marketing Material Approval: Facilitate smooth marketing release flow as well as acting gatekeeper of marketing materials Release & Review Process Nordics according to agreed strategy.
- Support the Nordic Commercial Operations Manager: Engage in a Nordic Collaboration on ESG reporting withing Packaging and Batteries. Assist in maintaining the Nordic Quality Management System, Health, Safety & Environment Management System, and Work Environment.
Proactive approach and experience with stakeholder management.
You come with a bachelor’s degree within Business Administration and 3-5 years’ experience from administrative and supporting roles. You possess a good overview, strong linguistic skills, and strong coordinating and prioritising skills. You have a structured approach and a good understanding for using digital tools. You are attentive to details, and you are a team player with strong interpersonal skills which will enable you to thrive in a Nordic and International matrix organization.
