As a Talent Business Partner at TTI Nordic, you will proactively oversee the entire talent acquisition life cycle, playing a crucial role in sourcing, recruitment, and selection. Your challenge is to ensure the best matches and leverage your business acumen, relationship-building skills, and growth mindset to enhance the processes continuously.
You will help TTI Nordic boost employer branding and secure high-quality job ads and a strong recruitment experience for hiring managers and candidates. You contribute to further developing and running the recruitment and onboarding efforts with the rest of the Nordic HR team. The role is based in the Nordic HQ in Hvidovre, near Copenhagen.

You become part of the Nordic HR team, with 4 committed colleagues. Together, the team solves tasks within the entire HR spectrum and uses each other’s competencies to achieve the best results. You work in partnership with the HRBPs, who, among many other things, also work to constantly develop managers and employees to combine high performance with great job satisfaction. The HR department further consists of an IT specialist and a receptionist.
TTI Nordic has a flat organization with an informal culture, with room for fun and laughter, especially when they get confused by linguistic peculiarities among the mix of Nordic languages constantly spoken. You will always have a colleague to spar with – both in the office and individual countries or possibly working from home. You report to the Nordic HR Manager, whose leadership style is characterized by trust, support, and professionalism and who lives by the motto that everyone can impact their job and work independently.

You will help TTI Nordic boost employer branding and secure high-quality job ads and a strong recruitment experience for hiring managers and candidates. You contribute to further developing and running the recruitment and onboarding efforts with the rest of the Nordic HR team. The role is based in the Nordic HQ in Hvidovre, near Copenhagen.
On a day-to-day basis, you shall:
- First and foremost, partner with Danish sales and the Nordic back-office and participate in ongoing recruiting efforts in the rest of the Nordics and Baltics.
- Collaborate with hiring teams throughout the recruiting life cycle to understand needs, define candidate requirements, and attract top talent.
- Create and maintain candidate pipelines through creative social media tools, networking, referrals, and other sourcing strategies.
- Support the development of regionally tailored recruiting, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Provide an efficient and positive candidate experience through setting expectations, timely communication, and prompt follow-up.
- Enhance TTI Nordic’s job advertising and employment branding while leveraging communication talents for effective and transparent messaging.
- Be a proactive ambassador for diversity, equality, and inclusion.
- Play a proactive role in ongoing digitalization efforts, spearheading the implementation of the Workday recruitment system.
Who are you?

Experience and education:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience with all phases of the recruiting process.
- Familiar with Workday or another HRIS.
- Comfortable working within a global team.
- Ability to build trust and manage expectations – with stakeholders at all levels of the organization as with candidates.
- Process-driven with the ability to navigate and solve challenging problems.
- A relevant educational background is a plus.
- You speak and write solid English and are fluent in Danish.
- It’s a plus if you speak/understand one of the other Nordic or Baltic languages.
