As our new colleague in the Business Support & Training Solutions department you will be responsible for handling and facilitating virtual programmes for our global clients and provide first class service to our customers, playing a key role in enhancing the quality of the services offered. You will be managing the admin part of our virtual programmes which includes everything from sending meeting invitations, invoicing and reporting high-end data to the customer on participants’ progress. You will become part of an experienced and passionate team.

• Managing key stakeholders to provide course information and follow up
• Retrieving and reporting high-end data to customers
• Effectively handle inbound enquiries from customers and colleagues
• Processing invoices

You are outgoing, detail-oriented and enthusiastic with a robust character. You are able to work independently whilst still being able to fit within a small team. You enjoy working in a very fast paced office environment. A customer centric view with a priority to quality customer service is also important.
•Must be highly self-driven and result oriented
•Must have excellent communication skills
•Experience working with MS Office products – especially Outlook and
Excel
•Service minded with a high drive
•A structured way of working, showing special attention to detail
•Fluent in English both verbally and in writing
Previous experience in a similar role would be highly advantageous
