We offer


Maersk Training is on a journey supporting the roll out of multiple TWI programs across various global entities within Maersk - the global leader in integrated logistics. The need, pace and engagement is high – and so are the ambitions.

Working in Maersk Training you will join a fast moving, global company within training and development. As part of a the TWI Team you will be supporting the entire process of implementing TWI programs, i.e. from kicking off the initiative to conducting management training, delivering the TWI Basic Training, coaching, and following up on progress etc.

Key responsibilities


• Delivering best-in-class TWI Training courses
• Support the costumer in setting up a sustainable TWI training system locally
• Ensuring the customers are lead through the implementation process
• Support the continuous development of the TWI deployment
• Support the process of developing relevant training materials
• Participate in meetings with customers and relevant project teams

We are looking for


We are looking for JI, JR and/or JM 10 hours and 40 hours trainers that are eager to be a part of a journey transforming how we operate and learn. We are also looking for experienced LEAN trainers and process consultants who are willing to quickly step into the world of TWI.

Strong English skills both verbally and in writing is a must. Additional language skills like German, Spanish or Arabic is an advantage

You…
• are a certified TWI Job Instruction Train-the-Trainer, or willing to become one
• have strong training experience or training background
• have strong project management skills
• have strong coaching and change management skills
• have knowledge of LEAN
• like to travel – min. 80 days a year

Our offices is located in Svendborg, Esbjerg and Copenhagen, but you will be able to work from home, all though we expect that you will be in the office 4-5 days a month.

We are open for applicants globally. Relocation is not necessarily needed.
