Job Description
Danfoss is on a digital transformation journey and for this, we need a strong and experienced Program Lead to frame and drive the vision of the future of Smart Manufacturing. Smart Manufacturing is the necessary next step in raising the performance organically, while preparing for changing market demands through improved agility and time to market. A central part of the program Smart Manufacturing stack is a common data architecture and platform that will enable databased use cases and applications across all sites.

It is essential that you master manufacturing digitalization and have a proven track record in implementation. If you are ready to step up and demonstrate your ability to take our operations into next era, you might be the candidate we are looking for.
We expect you to be highly professional in working with some of the best external partners, consultants and suppliers in the market, and that you have proven the ability to achieve World Class Manufacturing results through this – not only driven by your experience but also by your true interest and dedication to this. - Defines the Smart Manufacturing target picture
- Sets up the common data architecture and governance
- Supports implementation with a Smart Manufacturing Center of Excellence
- Collects and advertises best practices and use case applications
- Governs use case implementation and transformation roadmap
Leadership skills:
- Highly competent and strategic leader who can set a clear direction
- Ensure execution, simplify complexity, and see the big picture
- Ensure the innovative part of the manufacturing environment
- Top class in digitalization & automatization
- Securing the forefront of World Class Manufacturing
Background & Skills
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. engineering degree within Manufacturing Technology, Mechanics, Robotics, Production, Automation, Digitalization or similar
- At least 6-10 years of relevant professional experience from a global B2B environment - perhaps in the automotive industry
- Substantial project management experience with large-scaled investment projects in a Digitalization – preferably within Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain
- Extensive Leadership experience in a Global Company
