Key Responsibilities
As a HSE Supervisor offshore, you will be able to shape and develop a central role with great influence in ensuring the HSE Management is assists correct. This is with the possibility to continuously learn and develop your competencies in ensuring HSE. You will get to use your knowledge and experience when participating to all the work preparations when performed on Site.
Overall, you have the responsibility of assisting RSES-D in auditing DGS, LTI mitigations to ensure they are in place. You are the one to facilitate SOC follow-up. Finally, you are responsible for providing assist RSES-D in preparing Emergency Drills and record/follow up findings.

These areas of responsibilities will include tasks such as:
Safety awareness at site:
- Reinforce HSE awareness as required.
- Participate randomly to the TBT and the associated checks (PPE, isolations, postures, tools, risk mitigation effectiveness, ...). Provide feedback and coaching.
- Conduct site visits at work site together with Performing Authorities during PTW preparation.
- Supervise and coach work teams during PTW audits at site. Assist in follow up on potential findings.
PTW preparation / review:
- Verify that PTW are fully compliant with requirements and properly documented.
- Verify that PTW reflect site specific hazards with adequate mitigations.
- Coordinate the approval process and issuance of Permits.
- Assist RSES-D in deconflicting potential co-activities.
- Verify that PTW are fully compliant with requirements and properly documented.

HSE:
- Contribute for Synergi reports, Safety alert
- Assist RSES-D in auditing DGS, LTI mitigations to ensure they are in place
- Assist RSES-D in preparing Emergency Drills and record / follow up the findings
- Contribute to HSE Dossier implementation and follow-ups
- Facilitate SOC follow-up
