Key Responsibilities
As a Well Service Supervisor Trainee you will be working on the Danish continental shelf for TOTALENERGIES E&P Denmark (TEPDK), mentored and trained by the offshore Well Service Supervisor on the safe delivery and efficient execution of all well service and maintenance related activities. This onshore/offshore training and operational experience will develop the individual into a central role as a future Well Service Supervisor.

Responsibilities include:
Assisting the Well Service Supervisor in the safe execution of platform and rig-based operations:
• Installation of completions
• Coiled tubing operations
• Wireline operations
• Wellhead and x-mas tree maintenance
• Stimulation operations
• Well Services Test Loop operations
• Other operations within the Well Services area of work

The main objective is on the job training; hence the trainee will be guided by the Well Service Supervisor in all offshore activities. As part of these operations the Trainee Well Services Supervisor will also be involved in:
HSE
• Drive HSE performance in accordance with Total Group objectives, demonstrate HSE leadership and promote a safety culture with the team
• Ensure health, safety and environmental risks on the installation are assessed and measures taken to mitigate safety and health risks according to the ALARP principle
• Check and verify barriers to potential major incidents are in place (CoW, BOCP, Well Handovers, Toolbox Talks, TRA’s, Safety STOP and Observations Cards, etc.).
• When relevant report and monitor the Drilling & Wells HSE and Performance plan.
Planning
• Offshore preparation to ensure and update the timely delivery of required materials, equipment and service personnel for mobilization, execution and demobilization.
• Coordinates offshore resources in close coordination with onshore Well Services Engineers and the logistics team.
• Ensure Management of Change (CoC) is in place and has been assessed technically and commercially with the initiative taken to secure the safest and most cost-effective solution.
Operation
• Ensure all Total Company Rules are known, understood and applied during the execution with derogations in place if needed
• Monitor operational performance and where practical suggest corrective measures which can be implemented.
• Periodically check the service providers equipment and personnel in order to ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled and work performed safely and efficiently.
• Keep the OIM informed through daily offshore reporting and additionally informed on issues relating to HSE, Work Management, Simultaneous Operations and significant technical well abnormalities.
• Participate in the daily offshore calls with the onshore Well Services Engineer, relevant contractor`s representatives and stakeholders.
• Input data on all Well Service activities being conducted on the platform or rig assigned to utilizing the Well Services daily reporting tool.
• Capture operational lessons learned and report same in designated form for continuous performance improvement.
• Participate in the writing of the shift and crew change handover including relevant information from service providers involved in the operations.
• Complete and submit offshore debrief reports to the Well Services Team Lead
Training
• Ensure availability for the required safety, technical and leadership onshore training program
• Complete studies to ensure a pass mark on the final Well Services assessment
• Availability to complete IWCF level 2 at the beginning of the training and IWCF level 4 when close to the end of the training program
