An interesting and independent job in our Global After Sales Network where you will assist our Head of After Sales Network in Claim Handling
In this position you will handle incoming claim reports from our global Service Providers and Workshops and clarify questions before approving or rejecting the claims. You will improve already existing reports and help develop and create new reports according to requirements from other departments.
MCI is located in Tinglev in Southern Denmark in close proximity to cities like Sønderborg, Kolding and Flensburg.
You will be part of an organization that makes a difference to both global trade and the environment. You will work with highly skilled colleagues in a fast paced and informal work environment.
As Claim Handling Assistant your will be responsible for:
• Review of incoming claim reports from our global Service Provider or Workshops.
• Improving already existing reports and developing and create new reports after requirements.
• Interacting with customers and departments across MCI
Multiple backgrounds such as quality, claims handling or customer service can be relevant for the role but most importantly the ideal candidate will have a strong customer focus with the ability to build collaborative relationships.
This position calls for an analytical and structured person. You should enjoy working with details as the work is highly precise in nature and requires a very strong attention to detail. As the tasks require a careful adherence to well-defined work where repeatable results are needed, you should thrive with routine tasks. The workload will be high at times, but you will also be able to manage this through your natural drive and passion.
MCI operates all over the world and you enjoy an international setting and understand different cultures. You are of course fluent in written and spoken English and you are especially skilled in Excel and ERP systems.
