Do you have a good understanding of administrative processes and know how to structure efficient workflows? If so, consider applying for the position as Process Coordinator at Maersk Container Industry (MCI) at our Headquarter in Tinglev, Denmark.

We offer


An interesting and independent job in our Global After Sales Network where you will develop our processes for return and warranties.

The role will play an important role in our further development of our collaboration with Service Providers and Workshops around the world. To ensure a positive customer experience we need you to develop efficient and smooth processes.
To do so you will also need to have a broad collaboration across departments within MCI, reaching Warranty/Claim, Quality, R&D, Logistics and Warehouse.

MCI is located in Tinglev in Southern Denmark in close proximity to cities like Sønderborg, Kolding and Flensburg.

You will be part of an organization that makes a difference to both global trade and the environment. You will work with highly skilled colleagues in a fast paced and informal work environment.

Key responsibilities


As Process Coordinator you will

• Manage and further develop the return process
• Power BI alignment and reporting
• Improve invoicing process within return and warranty
• Interacting with customers and departments across MCI
• Drive improvement projects for return and warranty

We are looking for


Multiple backgrounds such as quality, logistics, claims handling or customer service can be relevant for the role. But most importantly the ideal candidate has a good understanding of efficient administrative processes and the ability to build collaborative relationships.

This position calls for an analytical and structured person. You should enjoy working with details as the work is highly precise in nature and requires a very strong attention to detail. As we operate across the globe it’s important that you can communicate in English both verbally and in writing.

It will be preferred if you come with
• Commercial/logistical experience
• Experience with Excel and Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Power BI will be an advantage.
