Then you are the student worker we are looking for. You will join the Aarhus office in our growing Inhouse Consulting department for 15 to 20 hours per week.

The Inhouse Consulting department is the management consultancy of Lidl Danmark with a close collaboration with the headquarter in Germany. Our mission is to generate sustainable change and lasting improvements for Lidl Danmark through high quality consulting on all strategic relevant fields.

New head office in Aarhus mid 2023
Our head office is currently located in Kolding, but we have started with the construction of a new and innovative head office at Godsbanen in Aarhus. The new head office is expected to be ready by mid 2023. Until the new head office is completed, you will work from our satellite office in Aarhus.

Key responsibilities
As a student worker, you will take an active role in our team of consultants, gather and analyze information, and develop and communicate recommendations. You will be solving problems, developing sustainable and practical solutions for our business challenges and elaborating and leading your own projects. You will also present results to senior leaders and implement recommendations in collaboration with the German headquarter.

  • Assist with project management tasks and organizational projects, trainings, and workshops
  • Communicate with all audiences, including senior leaders

  • Bachelor or Master student with an outstanding academic track record within Business Administration and Economics
  • Strong interpersonal and networking abilities
  • Capability to drive an independent workstream within our project team
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively with all audiences
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Preferly Danish or German language skills are considered an advantage.
