For our second office located in El Pinillo we are searching for Bank Customer Advisors with Danish language skills . This office opened in May 2017 as our business continued to grow: we are now more than 400 employees split across 2 locations.
Bank Norwegian started in 2007 for Norway, Sweden joined in 2013 and late 2015 Finland and Denmark became a part of the family as well. Online Bank offers free deposit accounts with attractive interest rates, flexible consumer loans and beneficial credit card products. Main services are distributed through the Internet and Self Service.
Work tasks will include responding to incoming customer requirements via telephone and mail, as well as contacting existing clients.

What we are looking for candidates:
- That have fluent language skills in Danish language
- That have good English skills
- Who are service minded and have good communication skills.
- Who are able to thrive in hectic professional work environments and easily pick up new IT systems/tools.
- Previous experience in customer services as advantage
- Who have basic understanding of banking
