ProData Consult is expanding the team due to business development and we are looking for new employees who will support our Back Office department. If you feel that Recruitment in IT industry is the direction you want to develop yourself, you are more than welcome to join us!

We will show you how we work as a company and how our processes are fixed, we will also provide you with all technical knowledge and recruitment skills, so you can join resource department with a time!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creating profiles of candidates in Polish and English
  • Managing candidate database (updating and adding new positions)
  • Building candidates network in social media
  • Taking care of positive candidate experience
  • Supporting recruiters and account managers in their daily duties, including direct search

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Willingness to develop towards IT Recruiter
  • Knowledge of English (min. B2 level)
  • Attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication skills
