We are currently looking for a Danish speaking Returns & Disputes Agent to join our client's office in Warszawa!

What will you do?
Provide functional and/or technical support for resolution of customer problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries. Liaise with other support teams or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner. Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents. Primary responsibilities are focused on customer contact, not transaction processing.
What do we expect from you?
• Fluent Danish and very good English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• MS Office (Excel) skills would be an asset
• Experience in Accounts Receivable Team / Customer Service would be an advantage (but is not required)
