People & Culture is a group function with reference to the CEO, and the position could be based either in our HQ in Rødovre or in our Swedish office outside of Göteborg. You will be part of a global team of People Partners and P&C specialists in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Poland, and you will report to the People Performance Manager for Commercial Nordics. We’re a tightly knit team with each our areas of expertise and we support each other on everyday matters, big strategic projects – and everything in between.
Your primary responsibilities will be to support the Commercial management team in all P&C related matters together with the People Performance Manager. The Commercial Management team consists of our SVP Commercial Excellence and his team of Country Managers and commercial leaders. In other words, a team of highly capable leaders with lots of exciting a demanding P&C challenges. We take pride in understanding the business and playing an active part in it.
As a People Partner you will spend your time:

You’re the kind of P&C person who loves the business side of things, and you’re obsessed with creating real value. You build trust fast and engage effortlessly with basically anyone. You probably have 2-7 years of experience in a similar role.
You’re experienced enough to work comfortably on your own as you support leaders of all levels and engage stakeholders throughout the organization. You’re also experienced enough to know that the People Partner role is a complex one, and you navigate well in the constant mix of abstract assignments and practical day-to-day tasks. You know your way around labour regulations in one or more of the Nordic countries and are comfortable advising on it. Part of your time will be spent in our office in Sweden, so understanding Swedish labour regulations and experience leading negotiations with unions is a huge plus.

As a People Partner you will spend your time:
- Developing and driving P&C activities relevant to the business: Recruitment, pre-, on- and offboarding, coaching and problem-solving, succession planning, employee engagement, annual P&C procedures as well as strategic projects.
- Supporting the yearly People Plan of the People Performance Manager for the commercial organization.
- Analysing key data points, such as sick leave, salary percentage and turnover, and translating it into key initiatives that can be implemented in the business.
- Handling daily administrative tasks and maintaining internal databases and guidelines.
- Supervising compliance with applicable laws, regulations and collective agreements.
- Advising leaders in handling guidelines and procedures, and providing support in personnel matters regarding recruitment, redundancies, salary negotiations, sick leave etc.
- Periodically leading or contributing to selected projects in P&C.
