Do you have experience in back office processes, contracts, data and internal systems? We are looking for a new colleague to become a part of our Contract Management Team based in Warsaw.
As Contract Specialist you will keep track of entire consultants’ contracting process, contracts’ data quality and integrity as well as serve as first point of contact for our IT Consultants and Account Managers.

As Contract Specialist you will keep track of entire consultants’ contracting process, contracts’ data quality and integrity as well as serve as first point of contact for our IT Consultants and Account Managers.
We prefer that you:
- have at least 2 years of experience in working with contracts, documents and back office systems,
- work fluently with Microsoft Office (especially word and excel),
- have good eye for details and numbers,
- have good analytical skills,
- learn fast and is open to challenges,
- have professional communication skills in Polish and English,
- have an outgoing and service minded personality,
- are flexible and know how to prioritize your tasks and structure your work,
- have a natural flair for and are motivated by working with people and have a good understanding of the importance of being a support function to others,
- have a high level of drive, initiative, persistence and are result-oriented.
You will have a great influence on shaping your own working day and be responsible for, but not limited to:
- preparing and sending contracts to the Consultants and Clients,
- creating contract templates according to Client’s frameworks,
- keeping high quality of data in all our systems,
- advising Account Managers in contract related issues,
- supporting Finance Department in preparing managerial information,
- continuous contact with our Consultants,
- optimising business processes in the area of contract management (i.e. new IT system implementation).
