About the Role
Are you interested in driving business and product strategy? What about using data to answer difficult questions and come up with interesting insights and collaborating with others? If so, then this is the job for you. As a Senior Product Analyst in the Internal Analytics team, you get to use your quantitative skill set, obsession and empathy towards customers and collaborative spirit to work closely with Product, Ops, Engineering, and Data Scientists to provide data driven insights to find new opportunities to take our products to the next level.

A candidate will be asked to conduct a pre-employment criminal back ground screening test as a standard routine to minimize moral & integrity risks among our staff and to ensure Project44 is compliant with its internal pre-employment screening policy and SOC 2, Sarbanes Oxley Act and ISO 27001 compliance. We will only ask you to conduct a criminal background check when we believe it is proportionate to the role that you will fulfil within your team and/or department A criminal back ground check will be facilitated by our third party vendor Accurate who will assist you to get the appropriate documents from authorities in the country where you will be employed. Depending on the country where you will be employed your local authority will provide a Certificate of Conduct or similar document upon your request. If there are any costs related to screening, these will be borne by Project44. When our vendor Accurate will reach out to, you will be asked for your consent. Senior Product Analyst:
About the Role
Are you interested in driving business and product strategy? What about using data to answer difficult questions and come up with interesting insights and collaborating with others? As a Senior Product Analyst in the Internal Analytics team, you get to use your quantitative skill set, obsession and empathy towards customers and collaborative spirit to work closely with Product, Ops, Engineering, and Data Scientists to provide data driven insights to find new opportunities to take our products to the next level.
What You'll Do
- Analytics – Support carrier network business and product teams by creating and executing various end to end analytics projects; including the development of metrics, reports/dashboards, BI tools & insights
- Project Management - Identify, plan, and execute projects and root cause analyses to improve our existing carrier programs and carrier product feature
- Insights – Identify and analyze trends to provide business insights, improvement in business processes and/or product features
- Stakeholder Management - organize and structure work across a variety of cross-functional teams to deliver on shared goals and priorities
- Operations Management - collaborate with carrier teams to identify process inefficiencies, build solutions, and drive operational efficiency (e.g. centralizing repeatable processes, customer success strategy and growth, weekly reporting)
What You'll Need
- Build dashboards and reports to operationalize products
- Identify opportunities that present the most potential for product growth
- Remove barriers for product adoption, retention, engagement and/or monetization
- Partner with engineering teams to execute projects
- Define and analyze metrics for product performance
- Analyze funnels, ecosystems, user behavior and long-term trends to identify opportunities for step-changes and angle changes in growth
- Develop databased recommendations and presentations for product teams
- Identify opportunities to remove friction and accelerate market adoption and product growth
- Collaborate with product, engineering and data science teams to develop experiments, establish a shared vision and build consensus on product developments
- Stakeholder management
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to balance multiple projects with competing priorities
- Must be organized to keep track of various projects and milestones
- Experience developing and executing end-to-end projects
Qualification:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Marketing, Statistics or related field and 3 years of work experience in job offered or in an analytics-related occupation
- 3+ years in quantitative analysis and data mining,
- 3+ years in SQL or another programming language for data querying
- Dashboarding experience with Tableau
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
- Lead experimentation from designing tests to analyzing results to make launch decisions
- Identify the opportunities most important for growth to remove barriers for product adoption, retention, engagement, or monetization
