Partner Relations Coordinator at GoGift
GoGift, a part of Nordisk Film and Egmont, is an exciting gifting company with global ambitions for our gifting concepts. To support us securing our market-leading position in the Nordics and continue our international growth, we are looking for a maternity cover for our Partner Relations Coordinator.
This is a great opportunity to become part of an international team with colleagues from many countries in an informal work environment. As Partner Relations Coordinator, you support our Partner Relations team in many different administrative tasks and may also be involved in signing new partners. The maternity cover runs until the beginning of 2022.
You will play an important role in
Providing excellent support to the rest of the Partner Relations team, where you will take responsibility for many different administrative tasks associated with servicing our partners. You will take lead on your own assignments such as handling incoming queries in our Partner Service, onboard new partners from A-Z, retain and develop existing ones, take lead on dialogues with new partners as well as take on different ad hoc assignments as they occur. As we are rapidly expanding, other tasks may come up along the way.
What you bring
• You thrive in administrative tasks.
• Sourcing experience is an advantage when taking lead on new partner dialogues.
• Have a structured approach to everything you do.
• You like having fixed assignments as well as taking on ad hoc assignments as they occur.
• A solid collaborator who enjoys making things happen together with talented colleagues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Speaks one or several Nordic languages fluently.
• Professional English skills in both written and oral.
