Purchasing Analyst for innovative gifting solutions
GoGift is a one-stop global gifting provider. We are experiencing high growth in all markets, and we have global ambitions for our innovative gifting solutions. We are therefore looking for a Purchasing Analyst responsible for managing our stock of gift voucher codes and forecasting demands based on several data points.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in close contact with our national and international suppliers on the delivery of gift voucher codes, as well as our Finance, Sales and Marketing teams to deliver on the increasing demands.
Join our Partner Relations team
Located in our creative office surroundings in Valby, you will become part of our Partner Relations team which consists of full and part time employees with a variety of nationalities. We focus on developing strong partnerships with national as well as international retailer and e-commerce stores to grow our content portfolio for our innovative gifting solutions. A part of this is to ensure a sufficient stock of gift vouchers as well as projecting demand based on expected growth and trends which will be your main task.
At GoGift you will become part of an international team with colleagues from around the world and an informal work environment where we enjoy laughing with each other, working closely together in the team and across departments.
Our goal is to establish our current position as leading supplier of gifts and gift cards in the Nordics, globally. We have perfected our gifting products, solutions, and services in the Nordics for nearly 20 years, and over the past five years, we have grown internationally as well. We have taken steps to foster further international growth in the coming years, and part of this is staffing up in key areas.
Key tasks and responsibilities
- Forecasting demand based on historical figures, recent increases in sales and BI tools to manage optimal stock
- Purchasing and uploading gift voucher codes
- Contract updates on a regular basis
- Optimize and structure internal work processes
- Contribute to a solid collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers.
What you bring
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience within purchasing
- A relevant education on a master or bachelor level within supply chain, business administration or alike
- Experienced Excel user within basic tools, e.g. using pivot tables and standard formulas
- Experience with BI tool(s)
- High level contract review
- An economic understanding that enables you make the right purchasing decisions
- Professional English both verbally and in writing
- Other languages are a plus, but not a requirement
