Fertin Pharma is looking for a competent and dedicated Regulatory Associate who will be involved in supporting the expansion of our product portfolio.

You will join 12 skilled and dedicated colleagues in the Regulatory and Clinical Affairs department, which plays an important role in Fertin Pharma’s strategy about launching further delivery systems within Pharmaceuticals, Dietary Supplements, Cannabinoids and Nicotine Containing Products.

As Regulatory Associate, your focus area is to monitor and distribute information in relation to Nicotine Containing Products (NCP) and the regulatory landscape primarily in the EU and USA.

Job description:


  • You are responsible for monitoring and disseminating legislation regarding Nicotine Containing products primarily in EU and USA
  • You will be monitoring the revision of the European Tobacco Products Directive
  • You will follow and monitor legislation in regards to Premarket Tobacco Product Applications (PMTA)
  • You will engage in small and larger projects regarding development of NCP
  • You will have close collaboration with colleagues in R&D Chew Tech, Business Development and Sales
  • You will perform regulatory assessment on new product developments
  • You will perform regulatory assistance on specific requests from colleagues and customers
  • You will engage cross-functionally and ensure that relevant colleagues are updated on the above

Your background and personal profile:


  • You have minimum two years practical experience with regulatory work
  • You have business understanding
  • You see challenges and not problems
  • You have a natural drive and a positive attitude
  • You work independently and enjoy being a part of a busy work environment
  • You are proactive both internally in the organization and towards external collaborators
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English
