We are looking for an Operations Analyst for one of our clients in the Wind Industry. The Operations & Maintenance division in Business Unit Offshore Wind plans and executes maintenance on a yearly cycle, with the accountability for cost and revenue of our offshore wind farms. An ongoing programme across the Business Unit seeks to improve and harmonise the cycles of Plan-Do-Check-Act that are performed (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) to enable continuous improvement and thereby deliver industry-leading performance.

Location: Middle Jutland, West Jutland or Amsterdam. Hybrid option is possible.
Responsibilties:
- Visit wind farm sites in Northern Europe to observe, interview and record how they perform pre-task planning, post-task review and improvement
- Interview colleagues at all levels of the business to understand how information is shared between sites, regional support and central functions to support decision making and continuous improvement
- Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Work with colleagues to design improved processes and procedures
- Help to assess the cost and value to the business of operational changes
Qualifications:
- Experience from a similar position
- Good experience and knowledge of methodologies for interviewing and observing staff at different levels of seniority (from technician to senior manager) to capture their regular activities & synthesize them into presentation material and/or reports
- Good experience with capturing activities and synthesisng into presentation material
- Good experience with reporting
- It is viewed at an advantage if you have experience of Design Thinking, with Product Development, experience working in an operational environment (e.g. factory or wind farm) and experience with Agile project
- Relevant educational background for example with a specialization with human factors, business management, logistics or a numerical subject
- Good English skills - both written and orally
