AI & Data Strategy Lead

If this sounds like you then read on, this may be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Your new team.</strong></p><p><strong>Ramboll Tech</strong> is our internal business that accelerates work with innovation and digital transformation projects, and controls all AI initiatives within the company. This includes collaboration with our markets around their AI projects, work on larger change processes in the group, and the development of our own AI products for Ramboll and our clients. Our team consists of over 50 employees from Denmark, Germany, the USA, and India. In Germany, we currently have around 15 employees.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Your role and responsibilities.</strong></p><ul><li>As our in-house strategy expert, you will drive forward Ramboll's data strategy. That means, you will be working with relevant departments to understand their requirements, align them on a common ambition for the data strategy, and create ideas and solutions for successful digital transformation.</li><li>Our data strategy encompasses a wide array of topics – you combine the technological and business skills needed to facilitate decision-making on our future data management, data architecture, and the necessary cultural development in Ramboll, etc.</li><li>From the innovative ideas of our colleagues, you will develop solid business models for data products, incl. AI products and services, that can ultimately create value for our clients.</li><li>Together with our subject matter experts and developers, you will work out product strategies for existing products.</li><li>Within Ramboll, you'll collaborate with various stakeholders and be their contact person for questions around Ramboll's data strategy.</li><li>Project management, including stakeholder management and budget planning, will also be part of your role.</li><li>You will work with experienced, motivated, and high performing colleagues and assist them through the strategy process with organizational and subject matter skills.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>About you</strong></p><ul><li>Significant and measurable experience in strategy development and implementation, e.g. from management consulting projects or as leader of functional teams.</li><li>You are well-versed in AI and data strategies and/or have experience leading software projects.</li><li>You have experience in the fields of environment, energy, construction, or consulting, and can quickly familiarize yourself with new complex topics.</li><li>You can confidently moderate small and large virtual and hybrid workshops.</li><li>You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>You are empathetic and maintain composure in dealing with many stakeholders and diverse expectations presented to you.</li><li>You enjoy teamwork and support colleagues in learning from you.</li><li>Ideally, you have experience and enjoy leading interdisciplinary teams.</li><li>You have excellent command of English.</li></ul><p> </p><p>We encourage you to apply even if your profile does not meet all the requirements for the role.
