Join our Electrical Department as our new Electrical Team Lead and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Your new role</strong></p><p>As our new Electrical Team Lead, you will bring your leadership skills, professional engineering background and passion for sustainable energy into play as you will contribute to the further development of one of Denmark’s strongest technical environments within electrical solutions.</p><p>Your key responsibilities will be:</p><ul><li>Lead and manage day-to-day activities in the team and provide visible, tangible leadership.</li><li>Support employees in projects with coaching and guidance</li><li>Lead the continues competence development of employees in the team though our Performance and Development Process</li><li>Participate in the recruitment process of new team employees.</li><li>Contribute to the development of the departments and the disciplines business plan and implementation into the department and teams.</li><li>Develop and build relationships with new and existing clients.</li><li>Develop and optimise the services and lead the process for optimising engineering solutions to meet current and future market and client demands.</li><li>Act as a Electrical Lead Engineer and Project Manager on own projects</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Your new team</strong></p><p>As our new <strong>Electrical Team Lead</strong>, you will be leading a team of approximately 12 engineers and join a department of 25 passionate and high performing electrical engineers working predominantly within the global Energy industry. We are particularly focused on Power Plants, offshore wind, Power-t-X, and carbon capture and energy transition projects. We cover all phases of project delivery including concept and feasibility studies, detailed engineering, EPC and follow-on engineering on international projects.</p><p>Furthermore, you will be a part of the leadership team in the department and the global discipline.</p><p> </p><p><strong>About you</strong></p><p>From the moment you start at Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you can continue to grow with the company.
