Is that you?Planning shipments including documentation and customs handling Preparation, control and distribution of all required documents to counterparts (carrier, consignee, supplier, etc.) Being responsible for customer service and follow-up on shipment status, identify incidents, and ensure resolution of incidents to meet and exceed customer expectations Preparation of price quotations Registration and approval of supplier invoices and transport documents Ongoing implementation of new customers, suppliers and procedures Planning shipments including documentation and customs handlingPreparation, control and distribution of all required documents to counterparts (carrier, consignee, supplier, etc.)Being responsible for customer service and follow-up on shipment status, identify incidents, and ensure resolution of incidents to meet and exceed customer expectationsPreparation of price quotationsRegistration and approval of supplier invoices and transport documentsOngoing implementation of new customers, suppliers and proceduresWhat can you expect?respect, entrepreneurship, integrity, and funWhat we expect you to bring with youYou have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience from a similar role You speak and write English fluently (business negotiation level) You have a hands-on approach to freight forwarding You are well organized when working under pressure You can adapt to changing circumstances You are focused on finding solutions instead of seeing limitations You are a team player and have good interpersonal skills You have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience from a similar roleYou speak and write English fluently (business negotiation level)You have a hands-on approach to freight forwardingYou are well organized when working under pressureYou can adapt to changing circumstancesYou are focused on finding solutions instead of seeing limitationsYou are a team player and have good interpersonal skillsReady to uncomplicate the world?
