  • Assist the Global General Counsel and other members of the Legal, Compliance and Insurance team
  • Conduct legal research and proceedings
  • Prepare memorandums on specific legal task
  • Independently process insurance claims from beginning to end
  • Assist in M&A data room preparation and assessment
  • Prepare course and teaching material
  • Maintain our Intranet
  • Other ad hoc assignments
    • Assist the Global General Counsel and other members of the Legal, Compliance and Insurance teamConduct legal research and proceedingsPrepare memorandums on specific legal taskIndependently process insurance claims from beginning to endAssist in M&A data room preparation and assessmentPrepare course and teaching materialMaintain our IntranetOther ad hoc assignmentsWe offerrespect, integrity, entrepreneurship and funJoin us if you:
  • Are interested in joining in international company and want to lean and experience first-hand how it is to work in a busy and dynamic in-house legal department currently consisting of 7 members
  • Are fluent in English and Danish (speaking and writing)
  • Are an experienced user of MS Office
  • Possess excellent analytical skills and are a strong and transparent communicator both verbally and written
  • Have a high attention to detail and quality
  • Have an eagerness to learn, have a logical and structured approach to working and have the confidence to build relationships with colleagues inside and outside the Legal, Compliance and Insurance Department
  • Have a desire to develop your career and take on additional responsibility
