We are looking for experienced TIG-welders to 9 month project in Aarhus
Are you highly professional TIG-welder ready to come to Aarhus and work with exiting 9-month long project? One of our good clients in Aarhus, a well-known production plant, is very busy. Therefore, we are looking for additional 10 welders etc. with experience in TIG-welding of pipes. It is an ongoing project for +9 month, and you will be working at the plant’s production line in Aarhus. You are welcome to apply if you are EU-citizen already registered in Denmark or planning to come here to work.
We are looking for 10 tig-welders with good experience in welding pressurized pipes (PED).
Assignment and what we expect from you:
It’s absolutely necessary that you have solid experience in TIG welding of black steel pipes. PED experience will be a big advantage. You will be welding and building up pipe systems and accessories for compressor cylinders, which are a part of bigger and even more complicated cooling systems.
Therefore, it is important that you can read technical drawings, as you must be able to produce customized solutions following an introduction from an experienced colleague.
All the welding will continually be x-rayed.
You will have to pass welding test (process 141, position HL045, 2-3 mm/Ø21 + 7-10 mm/Ø48), so you can apply even if your certificates are not valid. We expect, however, that you are very experienced and that your welding is living up to high standards.
The company will make sure that you will be well onboarded with solid introduction and instructions, so you are well prepared to meet their high expectations.
Perhaps you have experience from off- or on-shore production, maybe you have welded boilers at power plants, built cooling systems or similar. English language on a communicative level is necessary due to safety instrucktion and daily assignments.
What we can offer you:
Besides good salary, you will, if you live far from Aarhus, receive DKK770/day or km allowance.
You will have a 4-day work week: Monday to Thursday from 6.00AM. There will be good possibility for +50 hours a week if you wish.
The first 1-2 weeks you will, however, be working on a dayshift, but after that, by further agreement, you will be able to adjust your working days, hours and weeks.
There will also be possibility for evening shift 13.25-21.45, where you will receive evening supplement for all hours.
Please note: Due to strict regulations for obtaining work permits, and since this is a temporary job, we expect that you have an EU-citizenship.
JKS and the company is providing good conditions, flexibility, canteen and if needed we will be helpful in finding you accommodation in Aarhus area.
