SBU NCE Service Nordic & Scada NCE Service Denmark
Vestas NCE is Vestas Sales Business Unit for Northern & Central Europe. We are responsible for sales, design and installation as well as service of wind turbines in these regions. Our customers are primarily among major energy companies and professional investors, but also among private investors.
The Service Denmark department is responsible for service assignments in Scandinavian. We work professionally and efficiently to ensure the operation and maintenance of our customers’ wind turbines. In addition, we also have commissioning of new turbines. Our customer service management and planning functions are allocated in Videbæk.
We are looking for a Team Leader to be responsible for Scheduled Service DK, which consists of a large group of technicians handling standard services all over Denmark.
Responsibilities
Your daily task will to a large extent be to focus on delivering and improving the service provided to the customers.
Together with the management team, you are responsible for the leadership, guidance and development of competencies within the team to ensure:
Your work days will half of the time be at the office in Videbæk during administration, attenting meetings, etc. The other half you will spend visiting your team at local sites in Denmark - company car will be provided.

Responsibilities
Your daily task will to a large extent be to focus on delivering and improving the service provided to the customers.
Together with the management team, you are responsible for the leadership, guidance and development of competencies within the team to ensure:
- A team which demonstrates safe behaviour by everyone, every time, everywhere
- Focus on cost reduction without compromising with safety and the quality of the final product
- Implementation of ongoing service and process improvements using the Lean principles
- A top performing team, which can deliver according to the agreed targets and priorities
Your work days will half of the time be at the office in Videbæk during administration, attenting meetings, etc. The other half you will spend visiting your team at local sites in Denmark - company car will be provided.
Qualifications
To succeed with the above objectives, you have:
- Solid leadership and management experience - preferably from a production or service company. It is a big advantage if you have been leading a team of technicians
- Experience with operational optimisation e.g. LEAN
- Experience with change management
- Fluent English and Danish proficiency, verbally and in writing
