Vestas North and Central Europe is a sales business unit covering Scandinavia, UK, Ireland, Poland, the Baltics, Germany, Benelux as well as Eastern Europe and south of Africa. We are responsible for the Sales function, Project, Installation and Service of wind farms throughout these regions. Sales SBU NCE Service Service Nordic Service Operations Nordic Planning Nordic
The Nordic Service department is responsible for service, service sales and maintenance of the wind turbines within the Nordic countries. Located in Videbæk, you will be part of a regional team and be responsible for providing support throughout our business. You will also be an important part in securing and delivering products and service to meet our customers' expectations.

Additional information
Your primary work location will be Videbæk, Denmark, but Malmö, Sweden will also be a consideration. You can expect up to 20 days travel per year. We look forward to receiving your application no later than 13th December, 2020.

Sales SBU NCE Service Service Nordic Service Operations Nordic Planning Nordic
The Nordic Service department is responsible for service, service sales and maintenance of the wind turbines within the Nordic countries. Located in Videbæk, you will be part of a regional team and be responsible for providing support throughout our business. You will also be an important part in securing and delivering products and service to meet our customers' expectations.
Responsibilities
- Support our organization in setting up local processes and guidelines
- Implement and train in new initiatives/processes
- Support colleagues (end users) in process/system issues (Super User)
- First point of contact for logistic and inventory related issues
- Identify and prioritize areas, primarily within logistic and inventory, to streamline processes and systems to minimize cost and reduce time
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of both general work routines and formal procedures
- Participate in optimization projects across Nordic
Qualifications
- Experience with SAP and Power BI
- Experience with Salesforce will prove interesting
- You are experienced in all Microsoft office programs – in particularly excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is required, and good understanding of a Nordic language is a benefit
