Do you want to change the way websites are used and integrated in an international company?
We are looking for a colleague to fill a new position as Website Manager. You will be a key factor in implementing new workflows and tools in a website that is the hub for our efforts to convert more traffic into happy customers.
This job will also give you a unique opportunity to build an international website from the ground up together with highly specialized colleagues and some of DKs smartest and most awarded digital agencies.
Kvik takes a pride in being a digital first mover. As one of very few we have won 7 Rambuk Awards for how we target our marketing using digital channels. Now we are moving to the next step, where we will distribute content in customer journeys, across a mix of owned and paid channels to improve our marketing ROI and ultimately deliver a better experience for the customer. A new & updated website is essential for these ambitions
THE TASKS
As Website Manager you will make sure that the Kvik website has an easy-to-understand IA and well scripted landing pages.
You will be responsible for managing all websites in 10 different languages.
You will do this in close cooperation with our internationally located marketing managers who you will help setting up 12+ campaigns a year.
You will also be responsible in communicating with and supporting all users of the website - ranging from customers to our stores.
It will be your responsibility to ensure our website has a great user experience and call to actions that are aligned with our KPI´s. You will work closely with our inhouse performance team.
A part of your job will be to manage integration projects for our new website. Such as integration with PIM, DAM, Translation services that will reduce our day-to-day manual website processes.
You will achieve this in close cooperation with our Digital Project Manager and inhouse content marketing team.
Your tasks will be:
YOUR PROFILE
You are very structured and know how to juggle many tasks. You hate missing deadlines and know how to make other people meet theirs. You have a positive attitude towards your colleagues and are very skilled in communicating with stakeholders - both in writing and verbally.
You probably have some years of experience working in a marketing department and/or managing a website.
You have an eye for what great IA and UX scripted landing pages can do for the customer journey and have experience with working with CMS
WE OFFER
You will be a part of a digital team of 6 other digital specialists and a digital/graphics department of 10 colleagues total.
You will work closely with internationally acknowledged digital agencies and be a part of a very ambitious digital strategy where owned media is an important component.
You will be a part of a never boring and always improving campaign process of 12+ campaigns yearly that is executed on behalf of more than 150 stores in 10 different markets/languages.

Your tasks will be:
- Manage all website updates on a day-to-day basis
- Work closely on campaign & communication updates with Marketing & Country Managers in 10 different countries
- Manage translation processes and make sure price & product updates etc. are always up to date on the website
- Automate website workflows & processes by integrating content from modern PIM, DAM & Translation software
- Communicate frequently with all website stakeholders on updates & changes
- Support our stores in setting up and managing their own store pages
- Work closely with our in-house graphic & copywriting team to produce content for website
- Work closely with our in-house Performance team on reaching owned media KPI´s
- Work closely with our agency partners on CRO-related goals for optimizing website and converting traffic
YOUR PROFILE

- You speak & write both danish and english fluently
