Can you develop great looking material within Kvik brand guidelines and lead digitalization of processes to optimize and increase graphic production capacity, as we grow across all markets?
At Kvik the mission is clear: To sell Danish design kitchens, baths and wardrobes at surprisingly low prices.
Kvik has grown sales 74% the last 7 years by growing sales in current stores, opening new stores and new markets. Today Kvik can be found in 170+ stores in 13 markets - and a lot more stores will open this year. Since 2020 Kvik has offered customers many new ways of interacting by launching video meetings, Kvik Home and most recently chat.
Kvik wants to continue to grow at a high pace and wants to increase our graphic production capacity. We are looking for a structured Graphic Team Lead with a great customer journey understanding, who will be responsible for developing and increasing our graphic deliveries and capacity across all markets. You will get the responsibility to both develop and deliver high quality material - in interaction with 170+ retail stores.
Can you build bridge to stakeholders and are you an excellent communicator?
You will be responsible for digitalization of processes and systems – and for creating a new standard in our deliveries towards many stakeholders. To become a success, you must be able to fulfill five success criteria within 2021/2022:
The Graphic Team Lead will manage our team of 4 dedicated employees and be budget responsible for income from selling POS materials to stores.
It is expected that the Graphic Team Lead will spend 50% of the time on developing tasks, project management and being a people manager - 50% is spend on working on graphic tasks together with the team.
The Graphic Team Lead will report directly to the Head of Digital & Content in Kvik but have a close cooperation with three other major stakeholders;

As Kvik’s new Graphic Team Lead you will get a position with a wide area of responsibility and many stakeholders. Kvik is looking for a profile who already have the experience in digitalization of processes and systems aiming to increase graphic production and from a competitive environment. The right candidate masters the digital toolbox and to analyze, to implement/manage and to coordinate according to the Kvik brand guidelines and marketing strategy. Therefore, Kvik is searching for a person with the combination of skills within both digital, graphic and (potential) leader ship competences.
What does it take to be a part of Kvik?
We expect you to have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience, preferable within digital and graphic. In addition, you have a good understanding of graphic production - both on store and tactical level, and you hold a solid customer journey focus.
Strong project management skills are necessary to have overview of and handle a complex graphic production across many countries. Experience with different digital project management tools is an advantage.
Experience with digitalization and automatization of graphic processes, and or outsourcing of graphic production is a huge advantage as well.
Understanding of video production and retail business dynamics is a plus. You speak English at a business level.
Finally - you may fill out a similar team lead role today, but you don’t need to have leadership experience already, as long as you are highly motivated and driven by the challenge.
