What you'll do
As senior compliance consultant you will work with highly skilled pharma engineers throughout the customer product lifecycle. You will apply your consultant skills to facilitate decisions, implement solutions and organizational change management. Your tasks will range from brainstorming sessions, planning of and conduct customer projects in collaboration with customers and colleagues securing a smooth implementation of new regulations and process technologies, as well as safe product transfers.
Together with the rest of the compliance consulting team you will also contribute to further develop our services. The focus will be within quality processes, like e.g. Quality Management System, Audits, Optimization and Digitalization of Q-processes, Training, Validation/verification, Product Sourcing and Technology Transfer; all with the aim of providing our customers with cost-effective and innovative solutions.
By applying best practice within our customer experience principles, you will, with our customers, co-create the right solutions that match needs and authority expectations, help our customers take the right decisions in a GMP regulated context, and of course provide them an outstanding customer experience.

You will join a passionate team of compliance consultants who have a broad interface to colleagues within NNE’s technical disciplines and sales. We work as a matrix organization where teams are set for each individual project/task. Sometimes as part of a team and sometimes on individual tasks. But always sharing experience, ideas and supporting each other.
The compliance consulting team consist of employees with different professional backgrounds, personal profiles and seniority. We strive to use these differences proactively to ensure that we all continuously learn and grow individually and as a team. We also hope to learn from you!

The miles you have walked
- Master’s degree or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience in leadership/consulting/facilitation or a related field
- Experience with GMP regulations
- Experience within the Life Science Industry
