NNE A/S is looking for a new colleague for a new position for our HR team as we are very busy supporting our organization

Who we are
As a part of NNE you join a highly skilled organization of around 1000 passionate employees, located in Denmark (Virum & Kalundborg), India and the US.

Remember the brainy kid you sat next to in school? Well they work for us now. We are a project organization, delivering expert pharma engineering services to our pharma and biotech customers - from planning and establishment of new pharma facilities to the upgrading, expansion and ongoing support of existing operations. This is in our DNA as we work in close dialogue with our customers to obtain the best solutions – and this also reflects the way we work in HR.

In HR we are 16 employees working in 2 teams. You will become part of HR Service, Rewards and Talent Acquisition, where we mainly focus on HR operations, recruitment, advising and sparring, and HR compliance. Together, our HR department is a dedicated team where teamwork is in focus and where we collaborate with our different skillsets and experiences to maximize our value in NNE.

You will have varied work days, with a wide range of tasks and broad contact to the organization.

Our HR department is characterized as being dynamic and proactive, as we work from an improvement and learning mindset in order to deliver best in class support to our internal customers.

Your primary tasks will be:

  • Daily sparring with the organization and HR colleagues in relation to terms of employment. You will proactively contribute to advising and supporting our managers with individual cases, and will help implement new rules in the organization
  • Handling of individual cases so that they are resolved optimally and in accordance with our guidelines
  • Execution and optimization of HR processes. You will also help to develop and describe new policies and processes
  • Contributing to the development and optimization of our cross-border mobility processes and case handling from A-Z. You will have a great ownership in supporting update our global mobility policies and processes including sufficient implementation in our organization.
  • Generally ensuring compliance in the mobility activities such as tax, social security and immigration
  • Acting as sparring partner to managers in relation to new HR initiatives

You will have a main responsibility within some of our HR processes.

Are you the right person for the job? We expect our new colleague to:

  • Have a passion for HR, thrive on changes, and enjoy working with a variety of different tasks
  • Have a systematic, structured and logical and data driven approach to problem solving
  • Take great ownership of the tasks within your area of responsibility, and be able to maintain a good overview over you task portfolio
  • Enjoy working with others, whether it is as support to a difficult conversation or as a sparring partner
  • Make independent decisions based on your experience, analysis and knowledge
  • Have a development mindset and are motivated by improving business and working closed together with the business

In addition, we expect your core competencies to be:

  • A relevant academic education or an HR professional back ground
  • Minimum 5-7 years with a broad experience from an HR department - preferably from a medium-sized company
  • Experience within terms and conditions of employment and Danish labour law as well as case handling related to performance and absence
  • Experience working with global mobility and bring knowledge and interest regarding tax rules and legislation related to the mobility area. You are not expected to be a tax specialist.
  • Excel in establishing relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Fluent in both Danish and English, both written and spoken. Our corporate language is English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An experienced user of Microsoft Office, and curious about the opportunities offered through new digital and technical solution.
