nne’s Automation area in Virum is looking for a Senior Automation Engineer. The department is engaged in automation solutions for pharma production for the pharmaceutical and biotechnological industry, with focus on production control and computer solutions for the processes. We implement the solutions based on standard system components from suppliers. When the market does not meet customer expectations, we develop the missing components ourselves.
In Fill Finish Automation we help our customers to build automation solutions giving them the possibility to get the outmost out of the production equipment’s. We integrate to MES and Business Intelligence systems to accommodate optimizations and a full process insight. We work in the early stages of their investment projects with identifying what technical solutions match their need and what it will require in terms of capital investment and time to execute a project. We work with consultancy, development, implementation and validation of solutions based on SCADA and PLC systems. Our projects requires a deep process understanding why we emphasize our cross disciplinary cooperation in our projects.
Your job
You will be working on projects with different focus and you will be involved in all stages of a project, from the first client contact deep into the integration of SCADA/PLC and batch solutions in facilities. The solutions are typically applied to process areas such as: Preparation, Filling, Inspection, Packaging, Autoclaves, Freeze Drying and various utility systems including CIP/SIP and WFI. We also make solutions for API production with complex process units using PLC and SCADA systems.
Your primary tasks will be to develop and maintain automation solutions within the finished pharma automation area. You will develop, validate and maintain SCADA/PLC/Batch systems. You will be working with several aspects of our projects and participate in developing specifications, design, implementation and finally test and validation according to the client requirements and to the regulatory requirements.
As a member of the leading automation supplier within Pharma, you will be an active part of our project teams, which are based on our huge knowledge base and technology groups where we focus on personal development and knowledge sharing. We are working with strategic development of solutions and are adapting our solutions within the Industry 4.0 domain.
You will be working in an active and challenging department with approximately 30 employed engineers and consultants from other companies.

Qualifications
- Engineer or similar degree
- Knowledge of the following technologies is a requirement: iFix/Wonderware SCADA or Siemens and Allen-Bradley PLC’s.
- Experience with Ignition HMI and edge solutions will be preferred.
- Knowledge on Industry 4.0 components such as Cloud solutions and Edge technology will be a plus
- Knowledge of regulatory GMP requirements in connection with pharmaceutical production
- You are dynamic, determined and you thrive in a changing environment. Proficiency in spoken and written Danish and English
- You are outgoing and service-minded
- Focused - also in tight situations
- You have a good and positive drive
- Applicants with a minimum of 5 years’ experience within automation solutions and practical knowledge of SCADA and batch systems
