How you might spend your days:
As a Management Assistant you know what it takes to successfully communicate, plan, execute, and follow-up in a proactive and timely manner. Main tasks are:
- Providing daily support to the managers e.g. budget activities, recruit and onboarding of new employees, calendar management, correspondence, HR related tasks, workshops and system approvals etc.
- Leading manager meetings as well as prepare and follow up on agenda, presentations, minutes of meeting and actions.
- Be responsible for coordinating activities and events within the Director area and ensure that all administrative activities are maintained within deadline.
- Coordinating and supporting internal communication between managers and department employees etc.
- Book and ensure practical support for customer related meetings and workshops.

The miles you’ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to succeed in this role: :
- Min. 5-10 years of experience from a similar position.
- Fluent in written and spoken Danish and English.
- Intermediate MS Office package skills and curios about getting to know other systems and tools.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
