Global IT is a team of 18 dedicated people managing all IT related solutions and services across nne. The team is working out of Denmark and India. The work environment is dynamic and requires the ability to work closely with the business owners to understand and adapt to changing business needs while at the same time safeguarding secure IT solutions.
As CIO, you will be directly responsible for managing the System Development department, and having an experienced Director heading up IT Operations & Security team. As head of the System Development team you will play a leading role in ensuring compliant development of IT systems requiring close dialogue with business owners to support IT solutions that optimize business processes. Digitalization is a strategic focus area, and you will play a key role shaping the digital transformation in nne.</p

How you might spend your days
As our Chief Information Officer /VP you'll be leading a a world class, multi-disciplinary team, whom you will guide and support in a dynamic environment, and will
- lead the IT organization in nne
- drive the development of a business IT strategy for nne
- facilitate the digitalization agenda across nne by providing the relevant infrastructure and competencies
- drive the cybersecurity agenda and awareness of IT processes and standards
- cross functional collaboration on IT services and digital solutions with business owners, suppliers, and nne employees
- be a member of the System Advisory Boards for business critical systems of Steering Committees within IT Security and Digitalization
You will report to the CFO and be a part of the CFO management team.

The miles you’ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to succeed in this role:
- Master’s degree or similar graduate degree in relevant field (Software Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration)
- 5+ years of experience from IT and Digital leadership positions
- Proven track record in developing people and organizations
- Solid experience within management of IT covering specification, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of IT solutions
- Solid understanding of IT architecture and master data management
- Experience with IT development methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
- Experience with IT infrastructure hosting On Premise and in the Cloud
- Knowledge of IT outsourcing including performance measurement, IT vendor management and contract management
