How you might spend your days
As a Student Assistant, you'll be working with a small, innovative team, here you will
- assist our team of highly skilled pharma engineers throughout the customer project lifecycle.
- help prepare workshops using methodologies such as design thinking, design sprints & agile sprints
- support the project leads in facilitating face to face, online or hybrid workshops with our customers and our team of pharma engineers – also on a practical level.
- help create an updated overview of all the good customer experience and innovation examples from inside and outside nne
- help develop new tools, methods and energizers to use in our customer interactions

The miles you’ve walked

- Studying on the last part of your bachelor’s or on your master’s degree within a relevant field
- Experience with design thinking, design sprints and/or scrum work methods – preferably in practice
- Some knowledge of or experience with pharma industry an advantage
