As a part of NNE you join a highly skilled organization of approx. 1000 passionate employees located in Denmark (Virum & Kalundborg), India and the US. Your workplace will be at our head office in Virum in close distance to S-stations.<br
We are a project organization, delivering expert pharma engineering services to our pharma and biotech customers. Ranging from planning and establishment of new pharma facilities to the upgrading, expansion and ongoing support of existing operations. This is in our DNA as we work in close dialogue with our customers to obtain the best solutions – and this also reflects the way we work in HR.
In HR we are 25 comitted team members collaborating with different skillsets and experiences to maximize our value in NNE. You will be part of the team HR Service, Talent Acquisition & Rewards, where we work to support the growing organization with attracting, hiring, rewarding and onboarding approximately 300 new colleagues per year.<br

Our new HR Student will get plenty of opportunities to get hands-on experience with a wide range of task and exiting HR projects as we support a lively and fast evolving organization.

As a student in HR you will assist with various ad hoc tasks within (but not limited to):
We do not expect you to know it all, but we do expect you to have genuine interest in exploring the field of HR and see yourself working with HR after ending your education. As a person you are proactive, have a positive attitude, and take great ownership in all tasks given.
You have an outgoing personality and enjoy working with others, as we support all levels of the organization.

How you might spend your days
As a student in HR you will assist with various ad hoc tasks within (but not limited to):
- Onboarding. Preparing monthly onboarding activities and support planning of 2-3 yearly cultural camp for new employees
- Employer branding. Structure and follow through activities such as career fairs and the internal & external communication about these activities
- Recruitment. E.g. proofread and campaign job ads, support search strategies for relevant candidates etc.
- Collecting data. We aim to become more data driven, and we need a student who support this mindset and puts it on the agenda
- Mobility. We hire consultants from foreign nations to support on our projects, where HR support this process to come and live and work in Denmark

- Studying a BSc. (with plans on continuing to a master) or are on your 1st semester of relevant MSc.
- Profound in speaking and writing English (our corporate language is English)
- Structured, working for high-quality with an eye for detail
- Ready to unfold your great communication skills as you thrive with transparent and precise information
- Are professional user of Microsoft Office
