As our new Director you will work in a Leadership role, where you will contribute to the further development of nne’s Engineering & Systems area, and take it to the next level.
By joining our Engineering Management & Systems area, you will become a part of our Project Management VP area consisting of approximately 400 highly skilled project managers and other project management specialists. The Engineering Management & Systems area comprises 7 managers and approximately 80 committed Engineering Managers, Project Quality Managers, Planners and Business Solution Architects located in Denmark and in our office in India.
The employees in Engineering Management & Systems are an integral part of the Project Management team in our largest projects which also are the largest pharma-projects in Danish history – so what we do, makes a difference.

- Management of engineering activities and design & Technical coordination
- Verification Strategy & Compliance Control
- Planning of project activities and Development of Project Management Systems
How you might spend your days
As our new Director, you’ll be working with an innovative, multi-disciplinary team where you’ll:
- Provide day-to-day leadership while articulating and implementing the strategic vision for your team.
- Ensure role model stakeholder management and business partnering. In particular, ensure a strong relationship and efficient collaboration and communication with customers and various internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with senior management on procurement processes and systems to ensure effective project management and implementation across the organization
- Determine how team resources should be allocated across projects.
- Promote the development, implementation, and training of best practices.
- Ensure the well-being and continuous growth of the Engineering Management & Systems team, by motivating, supporting and coaching the team
- Engage and communicate with senior management on achievements, issues and lessons learned and share these across nne’s organization

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- You have a degree in engineering within chemistry, biotechnology or pharmaceutical production
- You have minimum 10 years of experience in the life science/biotech industry
- Minimum 1-2 years of Line management experience combined with experience in leading roles in large projects
- You possess great written and verbal communication skills in both Danish and English
