About the role and the team
We are looking for a student assistant who can work part time at our office in Virum, with employment as soon as possible. As our new colleague, you will gain hands-on experience with a diverse range of tasks and projects.
Joining our Mechanical Management department means becoming part of a dedicated and skilled group of mechanical experts, engineers and machinists who are all passionate about ensuring that our customers receive top-notch mechanical consultancy throughout their projects, from conceptual design to installation and commissioning.
In your role, you will contribute to ensuring that departmental projects meet their targets, executing department-related tasks, and assisting in creating transparency and alignment across Mechanical QMS and NNE.

In your role, you will contribute to ensuring that departmental projects meet their targets, executing department-related tasks, and assisting in creating transparency and alignment across Mechanical QMS and NNE.
How you might spend your days
As a student in Mechanical, you'll be assisting with daily coordination and assistant tasks, such as:
- Managing the general administration tasks for the management of the mechanical department such as ensuring meeting bookings, calendars etc.
- Coordinating, preparing and executing monthly department- and project meetings
- Planning and organizing workshops
- Coordinating onboarding and other trainings across the areas of Mechanical Instrumentation Validation (MIV) and Health Safety and Environment.

- You are studying your bachelor’s or master’s degree in a Technical or Engineering discipline
- You are proficient in the MS-office package
- It is considered a bonus if you are experienced within administrative daily operations
- You speak and write Danish and English.
