About the role
We are looking for a motivated and proactive student assistant to join our ERP project in Global IT.
This role is perfect for a student who is passionate about project management and eager to get hands-on experience with ERP implementation and project management tasks.
You will work with many different project roles, giving you the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in the broader NNE organization. We estimate that you will work around 10 hours per week in our office in Virum.

As a Student Assistant in our ERP project, you’ll be:
- Resource planning of the project
- Communication tasks to project members
- Planning of meetings and workshops
- Preparation of presentations
- Quality assurance of documentation, for example in DevOps
- Ad hoc operational task
- Depending on your interest and qualifications you might be assigned to other tasks in the project.

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- You are currently enrolled in the last part of your bachelor's degree or first year master's degree in business, engineering, IT, or a related program, with at least one year to graduation.
- You are used to work in Microsoft Office applications and might have an interest in Microsoft products in general.
- You have a general understanding of project management both waterfall and agile concepts.
- It is a bonus if you have some project management or IT implementation experience.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
