About the role
We are looking for a Project Facilitator to join our team of facilitators in the Project Facilitation department. As a team, we are working on streamlining project execution processes and enhancing collaboration.

As a Project Facilitator, you’ll be:
- Working with project managers and project teams on strategic, tactical, and operational levels, ensuring structured progress tracking and actions captured in time
- Planning and facilitating meetings, workshops and initiatives that inspire collaboration and continuous improvement, including facilitating problem-solving workshops
- Shaping project initiatives to improve project execution together with the project manager, creating and promoting a cohesive project identity and collaboration culture
- Leading internal and external project communications, simplifying complex topics for alignment across all stakeholders
- Developing visual tools to enhance cross-disciplinary understanding and communication among team members
- Supporting role definition and team accountability, while fostering an inclusive, positive environment that cultivates a 'one-team' culture
Furthermore, you can expect to travel between our Virum office and our project site in Kalundborg several times a week.

- Master’s degree in business, project management, or another relevant field
- Proven experience in project facilitation, project management, or similar roles
- Proficiency in visualization tools
- Experience in designing and executing workshops, as well as fostering collaborative team cultures
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, incl. power point presentations
- Fluent in English, written and oral
