Global IT – we make things happen
In Global IT, you will join 2,500 global IT colleagues and work closely with our CIO, the Deputy CIO and the IT Executive Committee as well as colleagues within strategy and digitization. Because of our digital development, we work in an ever-changing environment where we do not always have the answers and where you will assist in shaping your role and our way forward.

Our digital transformation is crucial to our future. By using digitisation, we can be world-class in transport and logistics. We will be able to work smarter, automate, create our own software solutions and use data to our advantage. With plenty of initiatives, we need structure – and that’s why we need you.

Create and facilitate the structure and framework for our initiatives
Our digital journey is a big focal point in DSV and many of your colleagues are already working on initiatives. Based in Hedehusene, you will assist us in creating the structure for our initiatives and pull the strings to make our new products and activities a success. There is prep work and road maps to look at and plans to be laid out. A large part of the role also revolves around communication to align all stakeholders.

Our road maps are ready, and the priorities are known hence the foundation is laid for you to ensure increased transparency and awareness of our strategic road maps and projects internally and towards stakeholders.
Specifically, you will:

• Ensure alignment towards corporate digital agenda, working closely with Group Business Change Management
• Support and facilitate strategic planning across Global IT
• Develop, implement and maintain a global IT strategic framework and promote a toolbox and templates
• Support IT executives in developing road maps, prioritising within their area and facilitating assessments with stakeholders across the organisation
• Work closely with IT communications and other collaboration partners

There are several ways into this position
As a person, you see things from a holistic perspective to gain an overview, create structure and manage your stakeholders and their deliveries into the different initiatives. It inspires you to bring people together to impact the business, and you know how to interact with colleagues at all levels. Also, you enjoy seeing things from different angles and finding the essence. Finally, we imagine that you:

• Have several years of experience working in IT
• Have worked on cross organisational processes
• Have excellent project management skills
• Maybe have some experience as a business or transformation manager/analyst or some experience with business transformation
• Are fluent in English – Danish is a plus but not a prerequisite
