Your Role in Driving Transformation

As a Transformation Manager (Workstream Lead), you will play a pivotal role in our cross-organizational program within the OT software organization, Power Plant Solutions, part of our Technology (TE) division. Reporting to the Head of Transformation Office, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the successful implementation of defined Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for your assigned workstream.
• Collaborating closely with the Transformation Office Head and other Transformation Managers to align workstreams, address milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Planning, executing, and overseeing the workstream roadmap in collaboration with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
• Identifying competency needs and onboarding both internal and external team members to execute the workstream scope.
• Providing progress reporting in line with Siemens Gamesa's project model and program guidelines.
• Supporting the transformation office by coordinating communication and training activities.
• Presenting workstream results to senior and executive management.

Qualifications that Matter

We're seeking a candidate who brings more than just technical expertise – we're looking for someone who shares our passion for renewable energy and has a genuine commitment to driving change. The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years' experience in managing complex implementations, including onboarding and training.
• A proven track record of leading successful programs and projects within a technical IT/OT software environment.
• Documented certification in program and project management (e.g., IPMA, PRINCE2) and ideally, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• The ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity efficiently.
• Experience in negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
• A Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Practical Information

• Contract Period: September 1st. 2023, to February 29th 2024 (possibility of extension).
• Competitive compensation package including pension, "Fritvalgsordning," and vacation.
• Working hours per week: 37.
