You will join the Excellence & Transformation team in Domestic Building Services, which is a team working with high pace to set new standards for excellent ways of working across the Domestic Building Services division, while we take the torch on sales excellence and the deployment of the divisional strategy map across the end-to-end value chain.
What is the job about?
We offer you a unique opportunity to develop your competencies by gaining hands-on experience with strategy and strategy deployment in a global learning environment, where you will be exposed to complex and challenging tasks. We will also look forward to welcoming your fresh knowledge, toolbox and perspectives that have a high business impact. As our new student assistant, we expect you to work approx. 16-20 hours a week and are of course flexible to schedule your working hours around exams and schoolwork.
Your primary tasks and responsibilities will be to assist one of our strategy consultants in the Excellence & Transformation team. You will work with a broad range of tasks, including:
• Carrying out desk research and analyze various source of information to support finding solutions to strategic business issues
• Preparing insightful presentations in collaboration with a broad range of stakeholders
• Conducting data analyses to guide business decision e.g. on market developments
• Supporting execution of concrete strategy deployment activities
• Ad hoc tasks from management in collaboration with the Excellence & Transformation team
What do you need to apply?
• You are studying at either bachelor’s or master’s degree level within business administration, finance, strategy, management accounting, international business, political science or similar
• You bring strong analytical skills and flair for communicating insights in concise formats such as presentation slides
• You master the ability to conceptualize something complex into something simple
• You have an international outlook and possess a high proficiency level in English both spoken and written
• You are comfortable working in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
• You have a winner mentality and are eager to always deliver the highest quality of work
